Event Rentals
The Dietert Center is the non-profit home to a variety of programs and services that assist Hill country seniors and their families. It’s also a great venue to rent for conferences, parties and other special events. Ample grounds, parking for over 125 vehicles, and multi-purpose rooms can accommodate groups of 10 to 250 for a variety of functions.
We offer four(4) different venues to choose from depending on the size of your group. We can accommodate a business seminar for 25 or a variety of functions (family reunions, wedding rehearsals, weddings, receptions, quincineras, birthday, graduation or anniversary parties, etc.) Our large rear deck overlooks the Guadalupe River.

A refundable deposit is required to guarantee a date for your event. The deposit will be refunded once the event is over and no damages occur. Rental fees are based on room and hours of use (this includes decorating, event time and clean up).

“Room J” – This room is a wide open, flexible space. The beautiful oak parquet floor is ideal for dancing. You can seat up to 100 classroom style or use our tables and chairs for an informal gathering. This room has the best dance floor in Kerr County. This room also opens up to our deck overlooking the Guadalupe.
“Room K” – A less formal room will accommodate dining for 95. All tables and chairs, a five (5) well steam table and salad bar are included with this room. This room also opens up to our deck overlooking the Guadalupe.
“Room J/K” – The wall that separates rooms “J & K" folds into a closet and opens to a room that can accommodate up to 250 people. It’s a very flexible space that can be combined for dining and dancing and opens up to our deck overlooking the Guadalupe.
“The Grill” – For the more formal event the “Grill” can easily accommodate 75 for a sit down meal or up to 125 classroom style. All tables, chairs and buffet table are included. This room is ideal for that awards banquet or small wedding and reception. It has an expansive view of the river and opens up to the rear deck to accommodate an indoor, outdoor event.
“Classrooms/Conference Room” – We also have a conference room that will accommodate up to fifteen (15) people. In addition we have seven (7) other classrooms that will accommodate two (2) to thirty (30) people.
