How It Works
Press your button when you need help to send a signal to the Care Center. Within seconds of receiving your medical signal, a member of the Care Center will talk to you through your unit's hands free two-way communication system. The care center will send help, and follow up with you and your contacts to ensure you recieved help. ​

• The Dietert Center provides customer service, support and repairs
• Units range from $34 to $44 with a one time activation fee
